We found that yell.com gave good results for Bakeries in Bridport with only one result outside the town (an excellent bakery that we know about in Charmouth) and one other that is a Bridport biscuit manufacturer.

This Is Dorset gives a listing of various Bridport businesses with links to different categories at the top of the page but it does not (yet) include every Bridport business. For example, it does not include Leakers Bakery in the Bakery section (but you will find Leakers on Bridport Radio). At least, unlike the many directories that we choose not to list, it restricts itself to Bridport.

Business Classified.co.uk gives several listings for Bridport and this one is for Unisex Hairdressers. This page actually showed, when we looked, nothing that was not in Bridport. But beware! When we clicked the link for Leathergoods, it showed a business in Walsall, West Midlands, that had what looked like a paid for ad. And when we tried the one for Electrical Goods, it said sorry, no results...
